Visual Identity
We worked with the DH MIT team to create a community-oriented identity that takes both the humanistic and technical sides of their identity seriously: all while positioning MIT as a leader in the digital humanities field.
In addition to building out a typographic system and color palette, we revamped the program's old logo, which consists of the morse code for “D” and “H” in an arrangement that mirrors both “DH” as well as the 1s and 0s of binary.
Website Design & Development
The DH MIT team needed a site that was easy to update with limited content, so we designed a type-forward site that could live without highly produced photography.
